Aerobics is a fun motivating way to exercise, we have a variety of great classes at the three Leisure Centres. Classes are suitable for beginners who want to take it slow and ease themselves into exercise to the more serious harder workouts. Our classes are for 14 years and over. Childcare centres are available at Pioneer and QEII.
To enhance better muscle toning and fat burning a combination of BAT or Pump Power with a cardiovascular based class or a total body workout with one of our Circuit classes will produce faster results.

B.A.T (Butts-Abs 'n' Thighs): This class is designed to seriously firm and tone your lower half, combined with low impact cardio for faster results. Suitable for all levels.
Cardio Funfit: A back to basics workout requiring minimal co-ordination. Suitable for all levels.
Cardio Fusion: A dynamic cardio class that will leave you feeling uplifted and re-energised. This class takes simple aerobics moves and fuses them with basic dance steps, jumps and leaps to get your heart racing and your body sweating. Suitable for all levels.
KickFit: A high energy martial arts aerobic based class, incorporating punches and kicks. Suitable for all levels.
Pump: A challenging class working with adjustable weight loaded bars that will work all the major muscle groups. Suitable for all levels.
Step Basix: Basic Step moves for a great fat burning workout that tones the legs and butt. Vary the intensity by adjusting the step height. Suitable for all levels.
Step Mix: A combination of athletic and challenging step moves. Suitable for intermediate to advanced.
X-Train: Variety is the key to continued exercise! Designed for all round health and fitness. Suitable for all levels.
Yoga: Improve your flexibility, become stronger yet more relaxed while stimulating the body and mind. Suitable for all levels.
